Excellent prepackaged meals from Frank and Sal. We make everything in your meal every day. Grilled Chicken cutlets marinated in garlic and oil, followed by 2 rice balls and a generous helping of Broccoli Rabe. This meal freezes well and is an excellent healthy alternative.
