the size of the top/belt are the same,the size difference lies on the pants:
Size S :Pants length 25.6in(65cm), fits 39.4in-47.2in(100cm -120cm)
Size M :Pants length 29.5in(75cm), fits 47.2in-53.1in(120cm -135cm)
Size L :Pants length 33.5in(85cm), fits 53.1in-57.1in(135cm -145cm)
