The StarPort HD Track Mounting Kit does require drilling two holes in the Railblaza StarPort HD drilling template. Once drilled and installed, the base can be moved along the track without the need to use any other tools - making on the water transitions very simple This kit includes: 2 x 1/4 x 1" Hex Head Machine Screws; 2 x Track Inserts; 2 x Track Nuts; 2 x Spacer Washers.
