1,Open the case,take out the inter case then the sponge. 2,Mix your BB cream or CC cream or liquid foundation or make-up base with emulsion,toner,serum or anything that is liquid, make sure the final mixture is liquid. 3,Fill in the sponge to the inter case and use a little stick or something to press it until it is dip dyeing. 4,Put the inter case in to the cushion case then the puff.
