The Prism Hurricane Lantern is Made of Glass and Stainless Steel. The lantern is comprised of two layers of translucent glass. Between the layers is a specially designed holograph film which produces the prism effect. The flame literally dances creating a myriad of colors and shapes. The Crystal Prism Lantern measures 7-3/8" H x 3-7/8" D (Bottom) and 3-3/8" (Top). The box the product is packed in is 11" x 5" x 5" to be clear. The Included Firefly 2-Ounce Liquid Candle is hand blown and made from borosilicate glass; an elegant yet non-fragile glass. It stands about 2-3/8 inches tall to the tip of the wick and is about 2 inches in diameter. It uses a 2.6mm cotton wick. Firefly replacement wicks are available on Amazon. Be Sure to Care Properly for your hurricane lantern: Hand Clean with a Soft Cloth. NEVER Submerge in Water as the water may leak between the glass layers and cause streaking. Never Leave Burning Unattended. The Glass and the Stainless Steel do become hot. To Move, Simply Blow Out the Candle and Wait Until the Glass and Stainless are Cool to the Touch.
