Usually this product does not work for several reasons:
1.It's working principle is electromagnetic induction,So cellphone need to be provided with receicer to wireless charger.The receiver and transmitter that meet QI standard can be wireless charging. Maybe there is not receiver in you phone. You should purchase a extra wireless receiver put in the phone.

2.For QI devices,the center of phone need to align with transmitter.

3. For LG G4,G3,G2,Nexus4,Nokia 920, The receiver is downward the center about 20mm,so your need to put your phone up the center about 20mm. For nexus 6, the receiver is upward the center about 15mm,so your need to put your phone down the center about 15mm,Otherwise,It doesn't work or get hot.When the phone align the transmitter,the indicator in the corner will become green.

4.If there is a case with qi phone,Pls note:The thickness of case can't exceed 5 mm.And the center of back case can't be metal material.
