As the owner of "U-Shark" trademark in United States and the UNIQUE "U-Shark" seller on Amazon, we NEVER authorize ANY retailer in United States to sell our "U-Shark" branded products. ANY other products they are selling should be taken as illegal reproductions and infringing our trademark, which is a violation of Amazon policy and in all likelihood it will result in their accounts being suspended!
