Tumeric is a spice used in curry giving it it's yellow color. Tumeric has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for hundreds of years safely for a variety of conditions. Curcuminoids (Curcumins) are the most active component of Tumeric but only represents only about 3% of Tumeric by weight. Taking pure concentrated Curcuminoids, as in this product, is an efficient way to increase Curcumin's benefits. In our clinic we use this product to continue the effects of Intravenous Curcumin (IV) which is an expensive treatment used in chronic severe medical conditions. Curcumin is poorly absorbed when taken plain by mouth . We formulated Liposomal Curcumin to vastly improve it's absorption with the aid of Phosphatidylcholine (PC) Liposomes. Liposomes are microscopic spheres of PC (a natural compound in all of our cell membranes) of less than 300 nm diameter.
