This incredible 13-disc set contains the complete symphonies of Gustav Mahler. Mahler wrote 9 complete symphonies, and was in the midst of writing his tenth at the time of his death. Only one movement from the tenth symphony- the Adagio- is performable as the composer intended. The Gurzenich-Orchester Koln under Markus Stenz performs these works.
