2. All our cartridges come with?-year shelf life or 1-year defect free warranty. We test every cartridge thoroughly before it is shipped from our warehouse.

3. We guarantee the item you purchase is in the condition described above, or you may return it for refund.

4. Any discrepancies or defects must be reported to us within 180 days of receipt of the item.

5. Defective items can be returned for full refund and postage or replaced for free.
