2. Iphone can't be charged while with the case? Our charging advise is Best to remove all cases of your phone. This stand is design for the iPhone with/without ultra-thin TPU case, if your iPhone use the otter box case, pls take out the phone case while charging
3. Apple Watch charger doesn't fit in the slot? Please don't worry, our stand is suitable for 38mm/42mm apple watch. The slot should be a little smaller than the watch charger in order to carry the watch charger and avoid it fall out. Just press your charger into the slot, the slot is made by rubber which prevents scratching while pressing the charger
