Here's what we did...

We contacted 24 different manufacturers whose specialize in creating kitchen knives. We contracted out models from each manufacturer, but weren't happy with any of the samples. However, there were pieces of greatness in some of our prototypes. We analyzed and took the best elements out of each of our favorite Chef's Knife designs, and then infused them into our Blue Key World's chef knife.
