This kit is required to mount thermowell dial thermometers to your brew kettle, mash tun, or sparge water pot. This 3-pc design has been proven not to leak a drop as long as you wrap the thermowell where the nut will be with a generous amount of teflon pipe tape. Kit includes a 304 stainless steel washer for the outside of the kettle, and a stainless 1/2" NPT nut with FDA O-Ring for the inside of the kettle.
