The combo pack includes 1. the Headache Hat Ice wrap - a large wrap that covers most of the head with ice (there is one spot that is still open up top) 2. The Ice Halo thin wrap. This can be placed on top of the head with the Headache Hat or worn for less cold or after working out, etc. Both can be worn around other body parts for Cooling Therapy as well.
