Wheel install instructions:

Step 1. Remove Plastic bullet foot from legs. To tighten and adjust, hold the gear below black rubber piece on caster with one hand and turn the gear clockwise or counter-clockwise with the other hand.
Step 2. Insert Caster stem all the way into the leg's opening. Turn the fitting gear until it fits snugly into the tubing.
Step 3.Turn the gear counter-clockwise to further expand the rubber sleeve and tighten into the leg.
