This is the café standard heavy-duty stainless steel traditional Indian coffee filter/brewer . Just add one tablespoon of Indian coffee and hot water to brew a perfect cup of Indian coffee. The slow-drip process is enhanced by many small holes that distribute the water evenly across the coffee. We have been selling this filter coffee maker since 2005. Our customers prefer the gravity-insert-style filter because you just put in the coffee and insert and add water. There are no adjustments to make, before or after adding hot water... , for best results. The gravity insert brews perfectly without the need to do this. Net coffee volume after brewing and some absorption of water by the coffee grinds is about 5 ounces of intense coffee... but it is simply very rich and unique drip-coffee experience.
