This charger can Charging 3 batteries at one time,and it have a power management IC and the protection voltage is 4.1V±0.1V.Normally, the led light will turn off when voltage over 4.0v.If you found the led light blinks, it means your battery is close to full charged and the voltage is around 4.0v.It is not a problem of the charger. This phenomenon often occurs to nearly full charged batteries, exhausted batteries will not have this problem.
