When choosing a tea brewer, a few things to think about: Air- The more the better. Air Stones- They clog up or crack. They can harbor bad bacteria. Square Buckets- do not allow water flow Vortex Brewers- look cool, that's about it. Overbuilt or Many Part Machines - Overkill TeaLAB's system has been developed by a group of gardeners in the Northern California Coastal Mountains. It is tried and true as the easiest way to do the best.
