It's easy to make your own hummingbird feeder with these attractive, foolproof feeder tubes with floral tip. Use any type bottle, jar or other container that is suitable for liquid and has an appropriate size opening. Old wine bottles, liquid soap containers and small plastic bottles often work well. You can also use glass jars with lids. Just drill a hole in the lid and insert the feeder. Potters will find these feeder tubes perfect for designing a handmade feeder. The stopper is tapered and measures 15/16" at the top and 5/8" at the bottom. Overall height and width when installed vertically are each approx. 2-3/4 inches. The curved plastic tube has a red rubber floral tip to attract hummingbirds. PLEASE NOTE the following for best results: Fill the container almost full, make sure that the rubber stopper fits tightly into your container and hang your feeder vertically.
