Photos simply do not do this set justice. Truly beautiful and excellent handmade craftsmanship. Chiffon bloomer ruffles are on just the butt of the bloomers. Flower Headband is soft and stretchy and will not leave a mark on your baby's head. Headband has felt back for added comfort.
