Please do not worry about the size,it would fit many different sizes as the waist has an elastic panel in the back, and the black ribbon sash is adjustable.
The halter neck ties are strong enough to provide support for your well-endowed bust size.
Maybe you need ironed because it was wrinkled from the packaging. It looked gorgeous when you spun around and the color looked great!
If you wanted to have the bottom hem peek out from under a dress it could be very cute. The petticoat gives great fluff and puff for vintage dresses!
