The UPTab DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0a with HDR Active Adapter enables your DisplayPort supported computer to connect to an HDMI UltraHD display with High Dynamic Range (HDR). This adapter is ideal for those engaged in high level computing, gaming and graphics by providing the highest performance available. DisplayPort 1.4 to HDMI 2.0a adapter is ideal for when 4K video combined with a smooth, 60Hz frame rate and HDR is desired.

Connect the DisplayPort end of the connector to your computer and plug your existing 4K HDMI 2.0 cable from the display into the adapter. The adapter converts the DisplayPort video signal into an HDMI 2.0a signal at up to UHD 4K 4096x2160@60Hz. With support of the 4:4:4 color format, the adapter will enable true RGB color without the visual color degradation that occurs in other color formats that use subsampling. When audio is desired, the DisplayPort adapter will also transmit up to 8 channel audio for an immersive audio and video experience.

For 4K 60HZ support, please check if your graphics card and CPU can support 4K 60Hz. Please verify your monitor's specs if you can only get 30Hz on the HDMI output. High Quallty HDMI 2.0a/b cable must be used (not included).
