This BellaSous multi layered short petticoat with fluff (style 415) is made of soft, fluffy chiffon tulle fabric and the waistband stretches generously. PLEASE NOTE: Malco Modes and BellaSous garments are hand-sewn, so measurements given are approximate. Allow for 1" variance above or below the given length. Remember to consider hip measurements when selecting a size.**
