The uno massage roller with surface skin technology (SST) can be held easily in one hand or a 2 handed grip may be used for more pressure. The gear on the uno is adjustable and has 3 different positions to fit different needs. The uno allows for an easy self massage on the back of the neck as well as all over the body. The SST on the uno is our medium feel version.
