Mohawk Home always recommends the use of a slip resistant rug pad under your rug. This area rug pad can be used on all-surfaces including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. When placed under an area rug, the pad adds cushion, prevents slippage, bunching and wrinkles. It will not stain or discolor your floors. The pad can easily be cut with scissors to trim to size.
