New era's grayed out NEO 2 features a grey frontal embroidered team logo outlined by pop team color embroidery which is similarly featured on the back of the cap. This 39Thirty features the play on Gray scale which is continued with our graphite NEO spacer mesh fabric. The cap also features the iconic new era flag on the left side woven into the spacer mesh.
