Unique double-petal type. Also known as an azalea type, Madame Butterfly has double petals creating full, fluffy blooms with a Victorian look. Excellent cut flower. The flowers are a colorful garnish for use in salads, desserts, and drinks. The flavor is floral and slightly bitter, so use sparingly.
