Real Mushrooms - Cordyceps-M

This is in contrast to Cordyceps sinensis, which is unable to produce a fruiting body. Cordyceps sinensis products are made from mycelium and not actual mushroom.

Authentic Cordyceps Fruiting Bodies

Cordyceps-M is one of the only Cordyceps products made from fruiting bodies. We use Cordyceps militaris because it can be grown to product a fruiting body. Most other competitor products use Cordyceps sinensis which cannot produce a fruiting body so only mycelium based products are available for Cordyceps sinensis. Mycelium products have been shown to be low in active compounds and high in starch. For this reason we chose to use Cordyceps militaris so that we're able to offer a 100% mushroom product with as much as 20x higher amounts of beta-glucans when compared with competitors using Cordyceps sinensis.
