The remotes you will be able to program yourself using a set of instructions. The keys must be brought to either a dealership or an automotive locksmith for cutting and programming.
The keys must be cut prior to the key portion programming attempt.

The remotes and keys are replacement items, not original items, but will look and function just like an original one would.
