Bertech ESD Soldering Mat Kits have two layers; the top one is a blue static dissipative rubber layer laminated to a black conductive rubber bottom layer. Resistance to ground is 8 x 10^3-5 and resistance point-to-point is 2 x 10^6-9. This soldering mat offers excellent resistance to oil, grease and most common solvents. It is very light compared to our single layer and three layer mats. It complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and ESD 4.1 standards. It is heat and solder resistant, will not delaminate and easy to clean. Applications: Aerospace Assembly, Electronic Manufacturing, Electronic Repairs, Fiber Optics, Hospitals, Medical Assembly, and soldering.
