While out for a stroll along the lake, Sadie and her fiancé Zack are witness to an astonishing crime. Sadie soon learns that’s not the only astonishing aspect about this crime, when a friend is believed to be connected to it in some way.

Now, Sadie is determined to get to the bottom of it and has a plan that’s worked in her favor time and time again: use Mr. B, her dog, and his keen sense to help her follow the clues and find the truth. Unbeknownst to her, following the leads will put her in grave danger.
