When a bowl can go from the oven to table to refrigerator to dishwasher, It is a winner. There is no need to transfer food to a serving bowl or storage container. This eliminates having to wash multiple containers and these are dishwasher safe. This also eliminates the need for extra containers which saves room in the kitchen cabinets.
