Fine crumbled biscuits made with pure butter. Crushed up pieces of crêpes dentelles. A common ingredient used by French Pastry recipes and usually mixed with chocolate or hazelnut paste to create a crunchy praliné filling. Also suitable for last minute dessert topping when ready to eat

- Suitable for recipes with couverture chocolates, pralines, fruit jellys, nuts or Gianduja
- Moisture is not an ally for this product, therefore not suitable to be used with chiffon creams. When used as a topping for ice creams or desserts is recommend to be eaten immediately to avoid becoming soggy
