This hose swivel adapter is designed to allow the pool vacuum hose to move freely on manual vacuum without twisting. Simply attach the hose swivel adapter to the 1-1/2" vac port on your manual pool vacuum head and then to the end of a 1-1/2" pool vacuum hose.
