The original Tangle is composed of a series of 90 degree curved sections, jointed together and able to pivot at each point. It can be moved and shaped into various things. Since then it has evolved with new colors, textures, sizes, and purposes to accommodate all users. The Tangle was created by Richard X Zawitz, sculptor and Asian Art scholar. He discovered the Tangle, or tangent angle and its universal energy pattern in spirals and helio-concentric forms. Seeing how people interacted with his art, Richard realized that people had an undeniable desire to manipulate the fluidity of its curving wonderful-to-feel-and-hold shapes.
