Aged Farmhouse Cheddar Cheese is available by the 8-ounces from Fulper Family Farmestead in New Jersey. Made from homegrown cows raised on homegrown feed, this cheese is made in small batches and then aged for 18 months. This gives the cheese a rich, sharp flavor.
