Please note, sizing is a matter of personal preference. Please do not return sleeves claiming "defect" or incorrect website description if you are not happy with the fit. The sizing chart is given as the best general guidance for sizing sleeves to fit most body types. For example, the two athletes used to develop and test this sleeve size as follows: "Silent" Mike weighs 200 lbs and wears a M for competition and a L for comfort; Mark "Smelly" Bell weighs 260 lbs and wears a XL for competition and a 2XL for comfort.

These sleeves do not stretch! When in doubt, get the larger size!
