The Schwinn rack top bag is designed to rest on top of any type of rear rack that you may have purchased for your bike or the rack the bike may have come with, the bag is attached with Velcro straps for a quick and secure attachment. The bag is made of weather resistant materials to provide reassurance when riding in all weather, a reflective stip is also part of the bag for added safety. There is a carry handle on the end of the bag for easy carry when the bag is removed from the rack there are multiple pockets for maximum storage for items for your ride.
