Static cling window film operating instructions:
Step 1. Keep Window or Glass clean
Step 2. Wet the Window or Glass with water/soapy water
Step 3. Peel off the transparent backing film along a short side.
Step 4. When you install it, Apply to wet glass and smooth with hands.
Step 5. Squeegee away water and air bubbles.
Step 6. Much easier than Wall Decals, it's no problem for you.

Note:
A. This film is CLEAR not Colorful, rainbow effect only show up under strong sunshine or light
B. Please don't forget to remove the protective film and paste the smooth side to the window or it will not cling.
