The BICB wooden rolling pin is made from a hard wearing, FSC sustainably managed beech wood and is ideal for rolling out dough and pastry. The pin is 2.2" in diameter and has an independently rotating axle, so you can comfortably rest on the 2 handles whilst the pin turns.
