This dress runs large (S=6/8) (M=10/12) (L=14/16). its a bit long so good for tall ladies , or you can belt if needed. The short sleeve and sleeveless versions are great so if you are looking for an option with more of a sleeve try this style. Perfect for work - can dress up or down wear with wedges or flats and a necklace!
