Natural sunflower seed oil, cold-pressed and unrefined has a light yellow to rich golden color, depending on the seed, and tastes pleasant and nutty. Slight cloudiness of unrefined sunflower seed oil is a sign of high quality. Use Flora Sunflower Oil cold in salad dressings and mayonnaise. It can also be used for light stir-frying, sautéing and baking.
