The dobboco corner tamping mat is designed to protect your countertop and prevent slipping when tamping ground coffee into your espresso machine's portafilter. The ergonomic design featuring a tamping position low down on the edge of the countertop makes it easier for a barista to tamp consistently and evenly with a straight arm. It features a convenient indentation for a tamper, keeping the countertop tidy without taking up too much valuable space. Please note that the Rocket R59 espresso machine's double portafilter has a spout design that does not fit this tamping mat.
