Tremendous care has been given to produce our Organic Premium Matcha. Unlike many farms who harvest their green tea 2-4 times a year, ours are only harvested once a year (Ichibancha / First Harvest). This produces the highest quality matcha possible, and this Organic Premium Matcha is the highest graded organic matcha that we can possibly produce.

USAGE:

DIRECTIONS:
• Avoid clumping by sifting 1/2 tsp - 1 tsp of matcha into a chawan (matcha bowl).
• Add 2 1/2 oz of hot water (the water temp. should approximately be 176F/80C) into the bowl and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion using a Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) until you see a nice froth form on top. When whisking, make sure not to press down too hard and/or drag the whisk along the bottom of the bowl to prevent shortening the whisk's life span.
• Please store your matcha in the refrigerator or in a dark dry place after opening to keep it fresh.
