This hand-made for Passover Matza was baked in Jerusalem under strict Rabbinical supervision. It is wrapped to ensure kashrut standards for even the most stringent customers. Each box comes with approxamitly 7-11 Matzas and has an inner seal to keep freshness. For best results put in oven for 1-2 minutes before eating for crisp hot matzah.
