Step 1: Cover the transfer film on the backing paper Step 2: Peel off the backing paper to the decal, leaving just the decal and the transfer paper. The transfer paper is shown as clear in the photos here, but will actually be a masking tape like color. Step 3: Apply the decal to the wall and use the squeegee to flatten to the wall and remove any air pockets. Step 4: Carefully pull back the transfer sheet from the wall, leaving just the decal attached to the wall. Then take your clean hand and rub over the decal to make sure it is securely adhered to the wall.
