Boat trailer Guide-Ons have numerous benefits. From the most important, a fast, easy, safe & correct centering of your boat while launching or loading at a crowded boat landing to even helping you guide your trailer to the correct spot and water depth. The Post Guide is made of 1-1/2" sq. x 14 gauge thick ( NOT lighter 16 ga. ) steel tubing & has a gusset welded in the form for extra strength. The Heavy Duty 2" ( 2-3/8" O.D. ) x sch. 40 PVC tube sits on a base ring ( NOT jam into the joint ) to allow tube rotation. Standard metal finish is Gold Zinc plated ( for fresh water use ) or optional "HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED" ( for salt water use ). Packaged and sold in PAIRS. Fasteners are zinc plated on both models.
