The Haoge LF-N72 Lens Foot for Nikon Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR & VRII , 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR and 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR Lens replaces the stock lens foot with a Arca-type quick release plate. The dual functioning attachment reduces setup time and lowers weight by eliminating the additional plate needed when using a stock foot.

The safety lock makes it easy putting on or off from the collar of the lens.
With 1/4" mounting hole,so you can mount your lens on a tripod through it.
It is compatible for ARCA-type quick release systems.
