This is great 12" slicer for large cuts of meat like Prime Rib and Turkey. It's a little smaller and easier to handle than the 14" version. The granton edge keeps food from sticking to the knife and keeps it lighter. It comes with a professionally sharpened edge and is dishwasher safe.
