The offset bread knife is great for cutting sandwiches. It's more ergonomic because you don't have to drop your arm down every time you use it. The blade is already aligned with the cutting board. This is a nice, ligthweight sandwich knife that's perfect for delis, restaurants, and just about any commercial kitchen. It's also a really great value!
